William Keefer is a lifelong resident of Mansfield, Ohio. He graduated from Malabar High School in 1976 and from The Ohio State University in March 1982 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration carrying a dual major in accounting and finance. He worked in public accounting since 1982 and started his own business with his wife Beth in 1986. After Beth's passing in August 2017, William sold his practice to Ted & 鲍勃.
